Description
A sculptural candle defined by material and form.
Shaped as an eye, this stoneware vessel features a hand-carved surface that draws inspiration from the Japanese kurinuki technique. A deep black-brown glaze settles into the carved surface, revealing the raw texture and presence of the clay beneath.
L’Oeil Vessel is produced in a limited edition of five.
Filled with pure beeswax by Björnlunda Arvet, hand-poured in small batches. Beeswax burns slowly and cleanly, producing a soft, warm light with a subtle natural scent.
Once burned, the vessel remains.
